Why answer-ready content helps
Search engines and AI assistants look for direct answers to the questions people type or ask out loud. A page that states your areas, hours, licensing, and warranty in plain words is easier for them to read, and easier for a customer to trust.
The schema block labels each question and answer for machines. Google now shows FAQ rich results for only a few kinds of sites, so treat it as a clear label, not a promise of a special listing. Nobody can promise a ranking or a mention by an AI assistant.

Your facts go in the blanks, not ours
The questions come from what customers ask local service businesses before they hire: pricing, emergency hours, licensing and insurance, warranty, areas served, timelines, permits, and financing, plus the questions specific to each trade.
Every price, time, license number, and policy is left as a [blank] in square brackets. We never fill those in for you, because a wrong answer on your site costs more than a missing one.
