How the estimate works

The same rules our team uses, in the open

Your answers go through the same recommendation rules we use on a real inquiry. The rule is simple: start with the smallest package that can do a useful job for the business, and say what would make a bigger one worth it.

Website prices are fixed. Software is quoted in a band, and the written scope sets the final number before any work starts. Domain, hosting, texting, and card fees go to those providers and are not part of the build price.
