Taking new projects
A website as solid as the work you do
Websites, local search, and practical software for trades and local operators.
You get a fixed price and a written scope before we start, a working build to review, and your logins and documentation handed over at the end.
For businesses whose work is better than their website
Owner-led shops and crews that keep a town running. We build the site, set up local search, and write the software for when a spreadsheet stops being enough.
Trades we build for
- Plumbing
- Fencing
- Lawn care
- Construction
- HVAC
- Mechanic shops
- Specialty trades
- Field services
- Owner-led SMBs
Not on the list? If customers find you by searching nearby, the same approach works.
What we build
- A site people trust
A mobile-first site that says what you do, where you work, and how to reach you, with a clear call or quote button on every screen.
$500Foundation Site - Found by nearby customers

$750 to $1,000Local Reach and Local Authority - Software that earns its place
Portals, internal tools, and first versions of SaaS products, scoped to the smallest build that proves the workflow.
$1,500 to $4,500Product / MVP Sprint

Three tiers
| Tier | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Validation Build | $1,500 to $2,250 | Proving one core workflow.Good fit: Internal tools, calculators, intake flows, prototypes, and simple portals |
| Functional MVP | $2,500 to $3,500 | A small product that real users can operate end to end.Good fit: Early SaaS, customer portals, workflow apps, and lead or operations systems |
| Launch-Ready MVP | $3,750 to $4,500 | A more complete first release with several moving parts.Good fit: SaaS products and operating software meant for active customer use |
What sets the final quote: Workflows · Roles · Data · Integrations · Platforms · Design · Risk · Migration
Multi-platform products, advanced AI systems, regulated workflows, large data migrations, or heavy third-party integration may need a separate scope beyond this range.
All prices are one-time, project-based starting scopes. Third-party subscriptions, paid media, domain purchases, premium assets, and unusual integrations are separate unless the written scope includes them.
What changes as the website package grows
All three are mobile-first and set up for search from the first draft. The higher packages add pages, local coverage, structured data, and tracking.

SEO, AEO, and GEO, in plain terms
Discovery is part of the build, not a keyword pass at the end. We organize the site so a customer, a search engine, and an AI assistant can each answer five questions quickly.
SEOSearch engine optimization
Technical basics, page titles and descriptions, a clear content hierarchy, internal links, crawlability, service and location relevance, and measurement from day one.
AEOAnswer engine optimization
Direct answers to the questions your customers really ask, written so they can surface in search features and answer boxes.
GEOGenerative engine optimization
Consistent business facts, clear service and entity context, evidence, and structured content, so AI assistants can understand who you are and what you do.
Six steps, and nothing gets built before the scope is signed
Every project follows the same path. Your client portal shows which step you are on and what we need from you next.
- Intake
Your business, customers, services, references, goals, systems, and constraints, gathered in one private workspace.
- Scope
Pages or workflows, deliverables, platforms, who does what, and what done means, written down and priced.
- Build
Design and development move together around the approved scope.
- Review
You review the working build at the agreed checkpoints and send one consolidated set of notes per round.
- QA and launch
Responsive checks, forms, links, analytics, search setup, and deployment. Launch waits for your approval.
- Handoff
Access, documentation, and next-step recommendations, handed over clearly.
Clear scope protects the outcome
A low price only helps when everyone agrees on what is included. These rules sit in every scope we write.
- The written scope controls what is included.
- Content, business facts, approvals, and account access need to arrive on time. Late inputs move the date.
- Each website package includes the revision rounds listed for it. New sections, pages, workflows, or concepts after approval are change requests, priced before work starts.
- Domain, hosting, email, payment processing, premium plugins, third-party APIs, stock assets, and ad spend are separate unless the scope says otherwise.
- SEO, AEO, and GEO work improves your discovery signals. Rankings, traffic, lead volume, and AI mentions depend on factors no vendor fully controls.
- Ongoing content, link building, listing management, reputation management, and recurring SEO are separate services unless written into the scope.
- Native mobile and Windows software fits the MVP range only when the scope fits the complexity band.
What we need from you
Gather these before kickoff and the project moves at the pace in the scope. If something arrives late, the launch date moves with it.
- BusinessName, contact info, hours, and service areas
- ServicesWhat you sell and which offers matter most
- ProofReviews, photos, licenses, past projects, and credentials
- BrandLogo, colors, tone, and any existing assets
- ReferencesSites or products you like, and why
- AccessDomain, analytics, Search Console, and business profile
- GoalsCalls, forms, bookings, sales, users, or adoption
- ConstraintsDeadline, budget, platform, integrations, and compliance
Optional work, added only when it earns its place
None of this is in a package by default. Each item gets its own line in the scope and its own price.
- Additional service or location pages
- Full copywriting from a blank page
- Google Business Profile setup or deeper optimization
- Ongoing local content and search growth work
- Booking, CRM, email, SMS, payment, map, and automation integrations
- Photography, custom illustration, advanced brand identity, or motion design
- Additional product roles, workflows, reports, integrations, or platforms
- Post-launch maintenance, support, analytics review, and iteration
The best starting point is the smallest package that solves the immediate problem without forcing a rebuild six weeks later.
What people ask before they start
Anything else, ask in the project form. A person at Cornerstone reads it and follows up personally.
How much does a website cost?
Foundation Site is $500, Local Reach is $750, and Local Authority is $1,000. Each is a one-time, project-based starting scope. You get a written scope with a fixed price before any build work begins.
What does a software or MVP build cost?
Product builds run $1,500 to $4,500 across three tiers: Validation Build ($1,500 to $2,250), Functional MVP ($2,500 to $3,500), Launch-Ready MVP ($3,750 to $4,500). The final quote depends on workflows, roles, data, integrations, platforms, design polish, risk, and migration. Multi-platform products, advanced AI systems, regulated workflows, or large migrations may need a separate scope.
Can I see a design before I commit?
Yes. Prototype Studio builds a prototype of your new website or app in about two minutes, free and with no login. Add your business name, trade, and city, adjust the style and sections, then save a private preview link. It uses sample content and starts the conversation. The real build follows a written scope.
How long does a project take?
The timeline and milestones go into your written scope before we start. The clock starts when the deposit and the required inputs (content, business facts, and account access) are in. If something arrives late, the delivery date moves with it.
Can you guarantee a top Google ranking or AI recommendations?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. SEO, AEO, and GEO work improves the quality and clarity of your discovery signals. Rankings, traffic, lead volume, and AI mentions depend on factors no vendor fully controls. We build the technical and content foundation, and visibility is earned over time.
How do revisions work?
Foundation Site and Local Reach include 1 review round. Local Authority includes 2. MVP builds include 2 consolidated rounds unless the signed scope says otherwise. Feedback comes in as one consolidated set per round, measured against the agreed scope. New sections, pages, workflows, or concepts after approval become change requests, priced and approved before any work happens.
Who owns the website when it is done?
At handoff we transfer or confirm ownership of the domain, hosting, repository, admin accounts, analytics, search, and platform access, as set out in your agreement. You also get a short guide to what you can safely edit and where to get help.
Do you offer ongoing SEO or support?
Ongoing content, link building, listing management, reputation management, and recurring SEO are separate services unless they are written into your scope. Post-launch maintenance, support, analytics review, and iteration are available as add-ons.
What costs are separate from the package price?
Domain, hosting, email, payment processing, premium plugins, third-party APIs, stock assets, and paid advertising are separate unless the written scope says otherwise.
How does payment work?
Website packages: 50% deposit to schedule and start and 50% balance before production launch. MVP builds: 50% deposit to start, 25% requirements and design milestone, and 25% balance before launch and handoff. Production starts only after the written scope is accepted and the deposit is received.
Do I need to write all the copy myself?
No. Foundation Site includes light copy refinement using the business information you provide. Full copywriting from a blank page is an optional add-on.
Can you build a mobile or Windows app?
Yes, when it fits. Native mobile and Windows software can be built within the MVP range only when the scope fits the complexity band. Larger builds get their own scope.
Three short steps, no account, and a person on the other end.
Tell us what you need, where the business is today, and how to reach you. Build work starts only after you accept a written scope.
- A personal follow-up, never a sales sequence
- A short fit conversation
- Your private intake workspace
- A written scope with a fixed price
Tell us what you are building.
A first website, better local search, or the software your crew keeps asking for. We will tell you plainly which starting point fits, or if none do.
