Paste the HTML where the questions should show, and the schema block once on the same page. The schema has to match what visitors can read, so update both together.
Why answer-ready content helps
Search engines and AI assistants look for direct answers to the questions people type or ask out loud. A page that states your areas, hours, licensing, and warranty in plain words is easier for them to read, and easier for a customer to trust.
The schema block labels each question and answer for machines. Google now shows FAQ rich results for only a few kinds of sites, so treat it as a clear label, not a promise of a special listing. Nobody can promise a ranking or a mention by an AI assistant.

Your facts go in the blanks, not ours
The questions come from what customers ask local service businesses before they hire: pricing, emergency hours, licensing and insurance, warranty, areas served, timelines, permits, and financing, plus the questions specific to each trade.
Every price, time, license number, and policy is left as a [blank] in square brackets. We never fill those in for you, because a wrong answer on your site costs more than a missing one.
